Eligibility for Refunds

1. Service Not Delivered
   If the agreed-upon service is not delivered within the stipulated time frame, you are eligible for a full refund.

2. Service Deficiencies
   If there are errors, defects, or significant deviations from the agreed-upon deliverables that cannot be resolved after multiple attempts, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the scope of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Services

   • Once a service is fully delivered and approved by the client, it is considered non-refundable.
   • Custom development or personalized solutions are non-refundable due to the nature of the work.

4. Cancellations by the Client

   • If you choose to cancel a project before work begins, a full refund will be issued.
   • If the cancellation occurs after work has commenced, the refund will be issued proportionate to the remaining work, minus administrative charges.

2. Review and Resolution

3. Approval and Issuance

   • If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Delays caused by the client, such as delayed approvals, content, or feedback.
• Changes in project scope after the agreement is finalized.
• Issues arising due to third-party integrations or software not controlled by MK Digital ADV.
